1. General Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
2. iOS Refunds
All iOS purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Gist60 purchase
- Click "Request a Refund"
Apple handles all refund decisions for iOS purchases.
3. Android Refunds
All Android purchases are handled by Google. To request a refund:
- Go to play.google.com
- Go to Order History
- Find your Gist60 purchase
- Click "Request a Refund"
Google handles all refund decisions for Android purchases.
4. Exceptions
We may offer refunds at our discretion for:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing access
- Accidental purchases reported within 48 hours

5. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
